Please? Click Here! .........Sam Has anyone ever informed the Legislators that the constant barrage of "Anti-homeowner" new legislation and tinkering" with the old legislation is DRIVING THE VALUE OF OUR HOMES DOWN?

I have yet to see any of our legislators make a serious effort to curtail the loss of our liberty’s that were enabled by the lawyers and lobbyists who wrote and composed the laws that govern our Home Owner Associations.
When are they going to wake up and smell the Starbucks?
High Taxes? How about investigating the money that is flying out of the hands of Home Owners who live in the BIG HOA’s, and winds up in the pockets of contractors and lawyers!
Where I live, the "silent majority" who decide what to spend our money on and WHO GETS IT, is a joke. Now we even have to pay 1.375 million dollars in BACK TAXES to the IRS that could have been refunded to us if only the "silent majority" would have listened to the people, instead of the lawyers and the CPA’s who tried to pull a fast one on the US Government.
Wasteful Government spending? Please --- don’t make me laugh --- it hurts too much.
